REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED ON WEBSITE.
All spare Products for Laptop and Desktops comes with 30 days of Guarantee, unless specified in the listing. Customers can get replacement of their goods within a month after the purchase (excluding the delivery time) if the exchangeable item is in stock.
If there is no stock available for the product, then we will issue credits for the similar value of the product, which a customer can later use in future purchases from our website.
Guarantee Period
1 month Guarantee is covered on the time spare parts from of items dispatching. Guarantee does not cover for spare parts that are installed in the device, as it alters the condition of the electronic item. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, feel free to contact us.
Refunds
All Refunds will be made as Store Credit / Coupons which you can use for future orders. For refund to be processed into the credit card or bank account, customer has to contact us within 24 hours of order cancellation.
Cancellations
All cancellations should be requested within 12 hours after placing the order (Email or Phone). Any notifications after this period won’t be possible to accept, although we will try to cover as much as possible.
Warranty does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (courier services). We always recommend you to carefully check the package contents according to packing list in front of postal service or shipping company person.
All defective items being returned must be packed as was sent to you. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
Antivirus or Software License keys order can’t be cancelled after placing order & no refund will be processed for the same unless you have recevied a non working product key.
If ANY warranty seal is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.
The purchased product might contain more than 1 warranty seal. In this case each and every warranty seal must be intact, should not be broken or tampered with. If any of the seal is found broken or tampered with, then the product will no longer have any warranty.
Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your handset. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your laptop or bought in error or mistake.
Returns
Product sent to us for any replacement, repair or any other purpose should be collected back within 30 days of arrival. After that we reserve the right to dispose of the product and consider the case closed. We levy no storage charges.
